When they arrived and took him out of the car, he sat on the sidewalk for minutes as they investigated (not sure how long).

They put him in the car..he resisted some...they took him out, laid on him and put cuffs on him. He stopped resisting, only saying he could not breathe.

The officers continued to restrain him and put weight on him for over 9 minutes, with over 2 of those minutes him being unconscious and offering NO aid whatsoever...NONE.

That is a disregard for human life.

There was no hostile crowd.

On top of that, he was on him with his hands in his pocket with a calm look. That is not what you get from a guy that believes the perp is about to resist more or a crowd that will be hostile and do something.

he had 3 other officers helping him and keeping the crowd away.
