The people who riot will do so because they want to riot and just want an excuse. They want to light stuff on fire and steal stuff, and any verdict will give them what they believe is justification.

The rioting is not going to be caused by the verdict, but by the people doing the rioting.

Whatever President Biden says, you can be sure that it will be highly partisan and not helpful.
