I agree but perfection is a myth and mistakes happen it's called human error. Think about how many medical mistakes lead to death people who go in trusting well trained and honed medical professionals but end up dead because of silly mistakes...

Think about that in comparison to the Deaths from LEO in life and death situations who have seconds to take actions and respond. I will cut them some slack on because unless you've walked a mile in their shoes and been in those situations as well I will not cast stones.
