something, but I don't see any good explanation for an officer who thought they had pulled their taser actually pulling their gun and shooting someone.

That is a mistake that cannot happen. When you are granted that level of authority and responsibility, you cannot make that kind of a mistake. It is a lethal mistake.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
