He hasn’t shown the ability to develop players when they are here for 3 or 4 years, so I am not confident he will develop a transfer player in less time in order to put those wins up to draw fans back in. I was willing to give Martin more time coming into this past season but watching this experienced, senior-led team collapse in the second half of the season has changed my mind on Martin’s upside. And he has not shown the ability to recruit A-level talent that could make up for his deficiencies in coaching. So I think last year was his high water mark.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
