Four 16 team conferences with four divisions within those conferences. That way everybody has a chance and things stay interesting, even some years where the division is weak. The four division winners play each other and then a CCG. Then a Final Four. I think it would actually work out if you just had four teams from the Big 12 go the Pac 12 - two to the SEC and two to the Big 10 and two to the ACC. It would work out well. There needs to be mathematical certainty like the NFL and things watered down to maintain interest.
