seriously?

Just because a court decides it doesn't mean it's accurate...you realize how many decisions get overturned by another judge/court? I.e....they are not infallible, and yes, reading something into the constitution that isn't there such as 'reasonable' is BS and wrong. And that certainly goes for SCOTUS as well, some of those people couldn't write a sound legal argument if their lives depended on it.

Every weapon that existed when the constitution was written was available to the public and the founders had no issues with that, thus 'shall not be infringed'.
