Theres 322 homes for sale on Zillow right now in Lees Summit

14 Under $299,999. 12 of 14 listed 2 days or less so far

229 $300,000 - $499,999 (But like 75% of these are "new cconstruction" listings that only have an illustration, the house isn't done yet)

79 $500k+ A large % of those have been on the market 30-60 days already

So, theres basically nothing for sale and easily available unless you're in the $500k+ price range
