Does it still require significant assistance after birth..yes, but that assistance can be provided for by many different people. While on an umbilical, cord, it is stil an extension of the mother.

The more I see about all the favoring of how to use taxation money, the better it fits the definition of theft. , because taxes are in no way voluntary at all.
