because taxation is theft (personal opinion expressed often), doesn't that then mean I would not be committing a crime taking out an abortion doctor heading into the abortion room because I believe it is very clear abortion is the murder of an innocent, helpless human? Or does law on the books change what one personally believes about such issues? Would you defend my right to take out an abortion doctor based on the same principles you attack taxation as theft?
