that did not require the belief in God or Natural Rights.
Most people will claim religion as their reason for believing murder wrong.
Some, like you, base it on a belief in natural rights.
Others that believe neither of those things may just feel that it is wrong because they would not want it done to them.
Why do you always look for simplistic answers? With billions of people, you are unlikely to find singular answers for their beliefs.
