One..claiming it to be true on a macro scale. Then applying a macro scale to every individual.
Cops justify pulling over an individual black person because blacks are more likely to commit a crime....and that does not even take into the biased effects of both what is a crime (determined by government) and how crimes are prosecuted...blacks much more likely to be convicted of a crime and kept on their records...which reverts back to the beliefs of the macro.
