and don't follow that whole thing perfectly...we are humans. In most cases, if I see them as unreasonable, I will just eliminate or reduce my interactions with them.

I do believe that when a black person tells me that the world is biased against him, and I respond...well..life is tough....you just offended that person. You can have basic empathy for them. If they wallow in it, or try to blame all white men equally, you just lessen your interaction with him.

People like the OP just want to start a fight at every possible point....he has even said that if he sees a black doctor that he assumes that doctor was there due to a lower requirement to improve diversity. That is outright bigotry/racism to me.
