And there are players that just are not going to ever play, so do you stand by your predecessors lack to recruit at a high level and settle for what he could get or do something about it. Tough call, may never have to worry about it, but I know I had to clean out a useless engineering department when I was hired at one company, ****ed a lot of their friends off at the company, but ultimately the engineering, the costs, and the quality of work really made management and landowners happy. I guess as a coach you could wait 2-3 years but that could also cost you in the long run.
