they do, but at the same time, something tells them they have done so - conscience.

People ignore natural rights too, at a cost to someone.

there are people that look on death as beauty, hell, they might even PUSH that person into traffic, but at the same time, they know it is wrong - without being taught so.

That's what natural law is - knowing something without being taught that thing. But it is important to understand that people break these laws every second, just as some people try to defy gravity-both actions have consequences.
