And then the universe got invented.
And a jillion things got invented inside that universe.
And every single one of them was created and invented.
Not a single thing you can observe is 'natural' - it is all, every bit of it, AN INVENTION.
All you're seeing here is a bunch referees jockeying to claim their preferred rulebook is the one that RULES THEM ALL, and we should therefore stand down and recognize the 'ULTIMATE RULES'
It's the same game beings in this universe have been playing since it was created.
So enough.
It's whatever we want it to be, or whatever we agree it should be or whatever the one with the most weapons says it will be.
But none of it is 'inherent', 'inalienable', 'natural' or even 'god-given'.
