he is a total butt head and his vote was an absurdity.

But to censure a senator for the way he votes is just wrong, imo.

One of the GOP apparatchiks in NC said Burr did not vote the will of the people. That is not an offense.

We (me certainly) are disgusted when a politician sticks a wet finger in the air to see what people think and votes in order to get votes. THAT is worth a censure. If he feels that trump should be convicted, that is his opinion and he can vote that way.

I disagree strongly, but elected representatives should not be forced or coerced into voting the way their party wants them to.

That is fascism, that is how unions vote, that is marxism. That is the democrat party.

The voters can decide what to do with that guy. Primary him, don't send him money, i don't care.

If he's dumb enough and hateful enough to vote that way, get someone else.
