The schools should pay the cost of that, not the taxpayer.
In essence, the education system screwed over dumb consumers, but the solution is to screw over taxpayers who had nothing to do with the arrangement?
If you graduate, can't find a job, pay your debt, the school owes you a refund.
Not a plumber, hairdresser, or anyone else.
