My industry is completely dominated by conservative thinking. And it you are vocal about being a liberal, you may lose your job for saying the wrong thing. I've warned employees of their social media presence and whom our customer base is. I don't have to have that talk with my employees that proudly fly Trump flags and post it to their social media. That thought doesn't negatively impact our business, whether I agree with it or not.

Again, far different than Nazi Germany where it was very much one sided.
