they ALWAYS result in more rules and regulations....mostly because they exposed some loophole and people thought they were harmed...so the regulatory bodies make new regulations to close said loophole.....because as you said "What they are doing is wrong, dangerous and should be addressed."

What business of it is yours...you are not even involved.

It should be solved in one of two ways

1. terms of service between RH and their customers
2. terms of service by the stock exchange in which the stock is traded
