Just as you cannot get a drivers' license without DMV involvement, I would imagine there are SEC rules in place if you wish to sell stocks. If those rules were violated they should be addressed. Cruz made it sound like that was the case. I would agree if Robinhood violated how it was licensed to operate there should be consequences.
