they are the ones that regulate. Why not just let it be settled between a company and their customer with the terms of service contract being the doctrine that oversees the dispute.

you said "What they are doing is wrong, dangerous and should be addressed." You have no idea whatsoever with that statement. then you agreed with Tulsa that the SEC (in charge of regulating the market) should likely be involved.
