My challenge comment was mocking you.

I think it would be fruitless to challenge...yeah...5-10% or less might get shot down, but the current system clearly allows them.

Why has no one in the legislature made a law or proposed an amendment to stop them?

It is the nature of government...get and keep power...when is the last time government gave up a significant amount of power?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
