Presidential term, and into the start of this one, to build the case EO's are being used in a manner that is unconstitutional. Any state could refuse to comply with an EO or challenge it and begin the legal process. It is time to push that issue.

You have clearly stated you don't agree with challenging them. Not sure where that leaves you. But this is what I would hope happens.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
