historically in very limited settings. I have never supported broad use of them and certainly what we have seen in recent years has demonstrated they are being abused to sidestep the legislative process.

Biden does have some defense is that many of these Executive Orders have simply been to undo Trump's Executive Orders. However, his are not limited to this the this will only continue when there is a next President and it should be stopped.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
