Arkansas. We beat ourselves up on occasion that our Missouri 4*'s are equivelent of Texas 3*'s. Could be. I'd argue Arkansas has the same problem or worse. Very little talent in that State. Their 4*'s are charitable scholarships to keep the alums happy; but they'd be better off not taking any and just shopping Texas.
