There isn't an index fund to invest in afaik.

Can buy it easily w/ USD on coinbase.com

You can see a larger list of crytpocurrencies at coinmarketcap.com. These are sold for bitcoin on exchanges. An exchange Americans can use is Kucoin.

Bitcoin is at an all-time high. Don't buy at the top.
