stop giving stuff to people who do not need it. Government spends so much money giving benefits to those who do not need it. Medicaire, Social Security, even this stupid stimulus.

Pull back the military to a defense organization

Give authority to the states to do pretty much everything at the individual level....healthcare, education, transportation, etc. (and stop sending them money).
