It may not happen but with dems in power it certainly could. I think the Roth is definitely worth it, certainly over time, assuming it increases in value. I'm only in dividend stocks, which have their own risks, but finding them paying over 10%/yr is not that tough. I'm over 13 on one. I rely a lot on their past dividend history.
