a "poll tax" is a characterization, not an empirical fact? It is a statement of your opinion. You calling it that doesn't make it that. You may not like it, but that doesn't make it a poll tax.

And if the Supremes are "spinelesss", then how is it exactly they'll muster up the courage to agree with you and throw it out???
