I do the water heaters myself (& most stuff) but they are still up and installs are up more. Just price it and you'll see

A 10% increase in rental fees is not uncommon this year and 20% for some areas. Homes are going for 10-15% above asking price AS IS.

We never raise our rates on existing renters. Longest renter was 7 years. But I can see why many do. We are losing when we don't but we aren't the cash flow slumlords either.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
