currently. If Chinese buyers are paying the Chinese tariffs, they are eating the cost as there are no tariff costs to American farmers and grain exporters. The Chinese have not purchased American corn for about five years, but are importing our corn in a big way. The Chinese retaliatory tariffs did impact American farmers negatively for about two years, but that's in the rear view mirror now.
