events is not a creator, it is just random luck.

I am not one who believes that there must be a creator. If the universe is truly infinite, or nearly so, then no matter how improbable life may be it was bound to happen somewhere.

But rights require sentience, if our creator was not sentient then the rights had to have been created by the only sentient beings in the neighborhood.
