Much more than he will ever admit to. But he wants to play to the freedom crowd, so he does that on twitter...all the while..the CDC is giving guidance after guidance to shut things down...and then he is spending trillions on top of it.

the actions of both Federal and local governments in Feb/March likely did help (NYC was a semi-failure as 90Tiger alluded, they started late, and had limited knowledge on it).

We really do not know the level of success because we have no idea how many people have been infected nor how many actually died due to complications from Covid...or just with covid.

If I follow the actions of Trump and his admin..he has been anti-freedom through much of this despite whatever he says on twitter...and you cannot say..the CDC went rogue....he has many instances of firing people in plenty of other departments when they went rogue.
