humans couldn't really stop the spread of the virus, so do as little as possible to restrict people's lives. Fauci is trying to claim that NY's numbers are currently low b/c they locked down. However, he's basically ignoring what happened to NY in the very beginning. His praise of the state that still tops the list in deaths and deaths per capita is really odd.
