But I would disagree that Trump has destroyed what it took Biden 8 years to build. It took Trump 4 years to destroy most of what took hundreds of years to build by many many past administrations.

You have to start somewhere. I don't think Biden can do it all the way. But he can at least reverse the current course and get the ball rolling.
