I would make the parallel to Cuonzo Martin. Biden will be an actual president who will actually try, but will end up achieving below avg to failing results because of the absolute disaster he inherited. But those failing results will be considerably better than the worst of all time results that preceded him.

To correct for Trump best case will be a long term proposition that will drag on beyond Biden's presidency. Just like our basketball program is still suffering the considerable effects of Kim Anderson thus far into Cuonzo's tenure.
