of shutdown from what I've read about past ones. And this one isn't nearly as deadly as some of them.

Here in my county bars were closed again (well, some of them) and restaurants are no longer allowed to have dine in customers past 10 PM. A lot of those places depend on that late night business.

Previously it was to protect hospitals. Now it's because of all the cases.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
