depends on its efficacy. However, that is the point, once there is an effective treatment, whether vaccine or medicine, then it will be up to the person/family to make their own choice, like the flu vaccine. We don't mandate flu vaccines. However, in 1918, when we didn't have a vaccine or effective treatment, we tried to implement social distancing and masking to prevent the spread. We even canceled sporting events...the horror.
