My answer to fatrat's question would be yes. I'm very excited about the potential and likely immediate contrib's from incoming freshmen (Righty) Frizzel, Nicholson and Laird.
And there's no way for us here at TB to accurately speculate on the probation's impact on recruiting. We don't know how many girls simply dismissed MU as a school because of what they may have perceived as a cheating culture or whatever.
