indicates prosecutors hope to find it was illegally altered. Gardner mad comments regarding McCloskey threatening the mob and preventing them from exercising their 1st Amdt. rights to assemble in protest. Her biggest problem is that the mob broke down a gate and entered private property to conduct their 'protest'. That wasn't a public street or sidewalk. Additionally, some individuals within the mob shouted threats at the McCloskeys and trespassed on their lawn.
