Those rights are not seen except in more advanced societies, and then only because the people decide to recognize them. Rights are a social construct. You can claim any right you wish but without the power to secure it there is no actual right.
Pizzle's premise is that natural rights exist. Accepting his 'premise' is accepting natural rights.
