Your are begging the question. The premise you are asking me to accept is simply a restatement of idea of natural rights.
You believe that is the case. But you have offered no proof.
You claim that natural rights are part of our being. I offer most of human history as a counterexample, very few people throughout history have had self-determination and even fewer property rights. How can something integral to our being be absent throughout most of our existence?
