Was just curious
From what I have read....can be fairly effective in spreading, and minimal in protecting from others.
As I understand it, the main way of transmission (out) is through the respiratory system, but transmission in could be through multiple paths. So if you are a lone mask wearer around a tight group of non-mask wearers, you really are not being protected.
It I am in a high risk group (or likely spending much time around high risk groups), the best thing would be to keep distance and away form crowds.
If I am not, would still try to minimize chances of getting it (like we would try to minimize getting the cold/flu), but would not turn off my life.
I find it interesting that many on here seem to want to be on one extreme camp or another....and this has just become another R vs D issue.
I also find it amazing how for one side, it is a nothingburger, and the other side is like the plague.
