his players haven't developed like you would want to see. The recruiting has been average at best if not below average. He is going to have a ton of holes to fill after this year which is isn't ideal for any program unless you are a Kentucky/Duke. His resume is nothing special. I think when you look at the other coaches around the SEC you can't rate him any better than 10 or 11.
