you'd be better off banging your head against the wall. he will simply say brook's drunk driving didn't hurt anyone or any property so no crime was committed.
and he has a point.
But then we have reality. for better or worse our society has decided that the risk of them hurting someone or damaging property is too great to allow the behavior.
if he doesn't like the dui laws I hope he's working tirelessly to overturn them. but I do see his point
