You cherry pick things and then move them around to make them seem illogical / nonsensical.

You can commit the crime (and yes it is a crime) of DWI after being found asleep in your bed if the facts can show that you were impaired at the TIME you were driving the vehicle. And yes, driving a vehicle, has been splayed out by courts for decades, as you would expect.
