What would it look like if no one showed up for Gameday on TV and no one showed up to the stadium for the games? Where is the tipping point for shutting it all down?

How many schools would be able (or willing) to incur the expense of 85 scholarship athletes and millions of dollars in coaches salaries with 5,000 or 10,000 butts in seats? My guess is the number is zero and I don't think it will take very long to get there.
