grows in that department and can play with smart intensity all the time he'll be a difference maker. If he continues as he has, zoning out at times, picking up silly fouls, etc, he won't be much different than the last three years. He can be that consistent 14/8 guy against all competition pretty easily if he shows more maturity. That would be a big help.
