have been. Surely, in the end, he was proven to be but you have no idea if the complaints were substantiated or not.
19 years. 19 complaints. could be a GIANT red flag and could also be nothing. the point being you made a claim and you don't really know.
i read one of the complaints, from a white kid who got stopped by Chauvin and his partner when they were out playing the "assassination game" and got a lecture. that's it.
but the white kid was interviewed and said he recognized him from the floyd video as the same cop and he thought to himself if he had been black he might be dead.
i haven't read any of the other complaints but that one is petty AF.
